We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Once your order is placed, it’s typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. After that, you can expect delivery within 1 to 5 business days, depending on your location within the United States.
To ensure secure and reliable delivery, please note:
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
- We currently ship only within the United States and are unable to deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, and certain U.S. territories.
Excluded areas include:
Alaska, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Armed Forces regions (Americas, Europe, and Pacific).
Shipping estimates are based on carrier transit times and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, carrier delays, and unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.

Returns and Refunds
If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window on all our products. Simply reach out within 30 days of your order, and we’ll make it right.
If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we typically do not offer returns, but please still get in touch! We encourage you to contact our customer service team at support@pursteam.com. While we may not be able to guarantee a return, we’ll always do our best to provide you with a fast and effective solution.
Warranty
We are dedicated to providing high-quality products and reliable customer support. To ensure your satisfaction, all our products are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty.
Our 1-Year Limited Warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for one year from the date of purchase. Warranty coverage applies to the original owner and the original product only and is not transferable. Proof of original purchase is required to obtain warranty coverage. By purchasing and using this product, you agree to the terms of this warranty.
This warranty includes coverage for:
- Manufacturing defects;
- Faults in materials or craftsmanship;
- Issues that affect product functionality under standard usage; or
- Any replacement product provided during the warranty period shall be subject to the remaining warranty term of the original product. The warranty period for the replacement product shall not commence anew or be extended but shall continue from the original purchase date of the initial product to its original expiration date.
What is not covered:
- Normal wear and tear;
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, neglect, including failure to maintain or service the product, or unauthorized repair or modification;
- Accidental damage, including damage from transit, accident, natural disasters or acts of God, fires, or improper storage;
- Improper use of the product or accessories not approved by Pursteam, including using the product for commercial non-residential purposes; or
- Consequential or incidental damages.
How to make a warranty claim
If you experience an issue covered by our warranty, follow these steps to submit a claim:
- Contact Customer Support: Reach out by email at support@pursteam.com
- Provide Proof of Purchase: Please include a copy of your original receipt or purchase confirmation.
- Describe the Issue: Provide details about the issue and attach photos if possible.
Our team will review your claim and determine if it qualifies for warranty coverage. If approved, we will replace the product or suggest an alternative solution.
This warranty is valid for products purchased directly through any authorized retailer
Implied Warranties
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE WARRANTY PERIOD.
State Warranty Laws
Warranty laws vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations or exclusions of covered warranty claims, so the above may not apply to you.
Exchanges
If your product arrived damaged or defective, we’re here to make it right. We accept exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date for any items that arrived with damage or defects. To start an exchange, simply email us at support@pursteam.com with a brief description of the issue.
